Hey friends! Do you plan to wear green next week for St. Patrick’s Day?! I know I will be wearing green. My family is way too competitive to mess around with little games like that! I thought it would be fun to walk you through my decorating process for St. Patrick’s Day.
While decorating for St. Patrick’s Day this year, I want to find affordable décor, but I still want it to be great quality. When shopping on Amazon, it can be hit or miss. Since I knew I would be taking down my décor early to decorate for Easter, I only put up a few decorations… But it made my house feel extra cheerful! I ended up finding all my décor from HomeGoods & T.J. Maxx.
While decorating, I fell in love with the color green. My entire house has a blue theme, and don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love it…. But I thought the color green will be a great inspiration for the future! I love the “feel” that the color green brings to a room. I am not a big fan of using dark colors in rooms because I feel like it can bring the mood down, but the color green is the perfect color for that in-between feel of “cheery” and “moody.”
